    We received an e-mail from a UK saying that he had seen our website and was interested in our wipers and wanted us to send samples to him. Then we provide 2 samples for him, postage by his commitment. At the same time, we also provided him with the installation video. Guests think highly of the wiper for its durability , toughness, excellent scraping performance, high strength and easy installation. So they are very satisfied with our products, expressing willingness to buy and I hope we can give a reasonable offer. Customers said the first transaction would be  3000pcs wipers but they think that our prices are relatively higher that can not be accepted, hoping we can re-quote.  But if take the design and quality into consideration, the price is considerable. Therefore, we take another offer.
  • Communication plays an important role during cooporation
    Communication play an important role in business, we had a 6 million order tree years ago.  It is a French company owning offices in Xiamen. They fund us on the Internet, and come to our company to see samples; we offer many kinds of wiper blades, so I took them to our showroom to find what they need, because they are looking for a special adapter. But this kind adapter we do not have now then we have to develop a mold to produce adapters. So they discuss with our boss to see whether we have a opportunity to cooperate or not, unfortunately, our boss did not have time, so I took them had lunch. We talked very happy during the meal, when I wanted to pay the bill but I found I forgot my wallet. However they paid it by themselves and said if we have a chance to work together, there will be a lot of chance to have meal together. In fact, they feel a little uncomfortable for they came to our company and wait for a long time. We discuss happily in the afternoon when our boss back. I privately told the it to my boss. And then we drove to another factory to meet the customer and our boss always be with us. Finally we give a good impression to the guests! Although they did not satisfied with the factory, they told me that they really want to do business with us. Therefore we began to discuss the new project.
  • Prompt response and service
    Our factory is focus on manufacturing wiper blades for more than 15 years. we are very concerned about RFQ in, and we get a lot of customers here.  I would like to talk about a recent shipment of a customer. Trinidad and Tobago, do you know this country? to be honest, I did not know that until the customer replied  me.I have never heard of this country before. In the RFQ, the customer wants a wiper blade, no parameters. And just said they wanted to begin a new project.Fortunately, the customer reply me when he received my e-mail. the picture we send to them did not meet his requirement. but the guidance we gave him make he believe we are a professional wiper blades factory and they tell us the specifications they want. And then I make out a detail program. The customer was very satisfied after reading and let me give him more information about the product, such as pictures, brochures, the main components, etc. Customer required quick delivery, but it was January then, that is to say China's Spring Festival is coming soon,  I truthfully tell him the situation to get his understandings. the customer is satisfied with our factory and the product. Before the Spring Festival ,I contacted him and asked him when are you going to order? Customers said that they had to think about it, if they need, they will contact me without hesitate. During the Spring Festival I received his e-mail saying he is going to place the order and let me send him PI. I am happy to send him the PI, the customer soon confirms and  transfer deposit. it's very fast, I have a little bit surprise.
  • Recommending products for customers' requirements
    the cooperation with Indian clients We received a inquiry from India,who said want to expand the market to purchase new products. After asking the customer's target price and analyzing the Indian market, we recommended iron skeleton wiper SG310, according to the number of gradient quotes. There are three kinds of MOQ, 2000pcs, 5000pcs, 10000pcs,the greater purchase the more favorable price. Buyers choose small quantities, 2000pcs purchase, trying to open his markets, to see whether our products are welcomed by consumers. After a while, Indian customers have re-placed orders of 10,000pcs because our wipers have a competitive advantage in their market . At the same time, he expressed the desire reach a long-term relationship with the us.
